BANGKIK THAI SOUP RECIPE
1 1/2 cups cashews
6 lime leafs/citrus leafs, cut small
1 Tbl. chopped lemongrass
2 Tbl. ginger
4 garlic cloves
Water
Juice from 2 limes
Braggs Amino’s to taste
Add everything but water, lime juice and amino’s to blender. Add 1/2 cup of the water and blend till smoothe. Drizzle more water if needed to blend. Turn blender on low and add lime juice, amino’s and more water to desired consistency.
Best served chilled like gazpacho. No need to heat! Remember- heat kills nutrients and vitamins.
Pour over finely minced red cabbage, red bell pepper, green onion & cherry tomatoes sliced in half.
