    No-Bake Brownies | Gluten Free Vegan Desserts

    These No-Bake Vegan Brownies with Chocolate Frosting are Raw, Gluten-Free, and Sugar-Free. They are deliciously moist, decadent, and fudgy!

    INGREDIENTS (15cm square tin)
    *1cup=240ml, 1Tbsp=15ml
    *No Substitution Suggestions Unless Specified.

    BROWNIES
    • 1 cup raw pecans
    • 1 cup raw walnuts
    • 2/3 cup cacao powder
    • ¼ cup carob powder (optional)
    • ½ cup coconut flour
    • ½ tsp sea salt
    • 12-14 Medjool dates, pitted
    • ¼ cup maple syrup
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    FROSTING
    • 100g melted coconut oil
    • ¼ cup maple syrup
    • ½ cup cacao powder
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • 2 Tbsp hulled tahini (sub preferred nut/seed butter)

    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Add all brownies ingredients except for dates, maple syrup, and vanilla to a food processor. Blend until a rough flour has formed.
    2. Add pitted dates, maple syrup, and vanilla then blend until a moist mixture forms. (The mixture should compress and hold together well). Press the mixture into a prepared and press down firmly so that it holds together well.
    3. FROSTING. Add all frosting ingredients into a small bowl, and whisk to combine until smooth and uniform then pour over the brownie base.
    4. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
    5. Enjoy.
    6. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to a month.
