    Quick and easy vegan breakfast I cook every day. Delicious vegan quinoa recipe. Incredible baked quinoa vegan breakfast recipe that you will enjoy! It is packed with nutrients, tasty, light and fluffy! It takes only 5 minutes to make. It’s so delicious that my family ask me to cook it almost every day. Learn how to cook quinoa in a vegan way for breakfast. So simple and tasty! You don’t need to have any cooking skills to make this incredible breakfast. The incredible taste of this recipe will appeal to your whole family.     ► Recipe and ingredients:

    2 large Bananas mashed
    1 cup/170g/6oz Quinoa
    2 tbsp Chia seeds
    500ml(16fl oz) Almond Milk or other plant milk
    2 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Vanilla
    2 tbsp Maple Syrup optional – or add a few chopped dates
    1½ cups /240g Fresh or Frozen Berries

    Add the bananas into a large baking dish and mash them well.
    Add quinoa, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup and almond milk and whisk well until everything is incorporated.
    Add in the berries and make sure they are spread out evenly so there is sweetness in every bite!
    Bake at 350f (180C) for 60 minutes until the quinoa is cooked.
    Add your favourite toppings! I used coconut condensed milk and blueberries. Vegan yogurt works as well.
